It's not just been the hot weather which has been keeping islanders awake this week - people reporting speeding cars zooming past their windows in the small hours have been a regular feature on social channels. It's obviously not a new problem, but one which at best irritates people trying to get to sleep, and at worst has resulted in serious accidents. Express investigates.
