The Interview: Growing up as a gay woman in Jersey
Jersey's equality, diversity and inclusion charity has announced its first change of CEO since the organisation was founded a decade ago. Vic Tanner Davy, the founder and current CEO, is stepping down to allow for Kaye Nicholson to succeed him.
Kaye is a gay woman, a mum, a campaigner for same-sex parental rights, a manager in the finance industry and vice-chair of the Jersey Community Relations Trust.
She also found time to join Kelly Frost in the studio to discuss growing up gay in Jersey, how times have changed, and what changes still need to be made to ensure we are a truly equal and inclusive society.
