Since 1987, May 28th has been recognised as the International Day of Action for Women's Health.

In celebration this year, Kelly Frost spoke to Jessica Pinel, a registered nutritionist, certified health coach and founder of Humankynd Nutrition, which specialises in one-to-one fertility and period nutrition advice.

Jessica also recently began to provide classes on period health and nutrition to the Island's secondary schools. On the podcast, she discusses the tips and tricks she shares with students, the change she has seen when it comes to women's health, and the changes she still hopes to see in Jersey.
